Audi A4 AWD Choices
The A4 Series consists of the base sedan, a wagon and a convertible. Each of these 3 models is also available in the S series, which is an enthusiasts version. Most car manufacturers would treat that enthusiast version as an option, but Audi has elected to designate them as a distinct model. So in the interests of clarity, I will follow their lead. At the upper scale of the A4 series is a purebred performer; also given its own model designation; the RS4, which is available as a sedan or, new for 2008, as a Cabrio..

The Audi A4 sedan with Quattro AWD is available in either a 200hp intercooled turbo 2 liter motor, or you can upgrade the power plant to a 250hp 3.2 liter V6. These versions are called the A4 2.0T and the A4 3.2 respectively.

The RS4 factory road racer is available 1 way... Balls out. The 4.2 liter V8 is pumped up to 420 hp, and sits on a set of 19 inch alloy wheels . Audi knows the importance of good brakes and so the RS4 has 8 pistons per each front brake, 1 piston per each rear break in a dual circuit brake
system with diagonal split. Also standard are an Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) brake servo, Electronic
Brake pressure Distribution (EBD), ventilated/cross-drilled brake discs at front
and rear, and an Electronic Stabilization Program (ESP 8.0) featuring brake disc
